Start with action. Make small promises to yourself—and keep them.
If you had a friend who constantly broke plans, you'd stop trusting them. That's the relationship many of us have with ourselves. We don't trust our own word, because we often don't follow through. Life is convenient, and it's easy not to stick to our goals.
Start by not breaking promises to yourself. If you say you'll wake at 7 AM—do it. One win, first thing.
Do something you can feel proud of. Ask yourself: What would make me proud of this week?
The promises that matter are action-based commitments, not preparation commitments.
Your relationship with yourself sets the foundation for building confidence and maintaining mental clarity.
